consulting firm, was founded in December 1994 to provide environmental
engineering and surveying services for the public and private sectors. The
Firm has since expanded its (GTC-SIC) capabilities and has added
specializations in IT services in August 2000 as a offshore
developement center , environmental software development, environmental
information systems and computer programming as well.
GTC-SIC, The Firms was founded on the philosophy of providing the client
with quality services in an efficient, expedient, and effective manner.
